As a Customer Success & Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with PMS & RMS products. Our ideal candidate will be skilled as below :

Customer Success Skills :

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
  • Being up to date with company products and services.
  • Train and educate clients on company products/services and the best practices.
  • Client onboarding
  • Upselling and identifying new business opportunities
  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
  • Answering questions over email, phone calls, & live video calls.
  • Finding ways to go above & beyond to help customers

Revenue Management Skills :

  • Analyze market trends and monitor occupancy rates to develop pricing strategies for clients’ properties
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend pricing and promotional strategies to clients
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with overall business goals
  • Conduct regular revenue performance analysis and present findings to senior management
  • Manage and provide inputs to the revenue management software tools and systems in the company,
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure software solutions remain competitive and innovative

You are the perfect candidate if the following qualification meets:

  • 1 to 3 years experience in a Customer support role within a SaaS product organization
  • Empathy, and patience.
  • Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Previous experience at a start-up or in a customer support role or equivalent is front desk roles in hospitality field.
  • Strong analytical background – our product is also revenue management and numbers-heavy!
  • Solid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with Databases, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
  • Experience working with support/service software
  • Available to work on different regional timelines
